Cary Ralston is a Director of the Firm. He is a member of the Firm’s Business Law and Commercial Real Estate Practice Groups. He offers broad expertise and experience in providing counseling and services to clients in a wide variety of matters.

• Extensive experience in banking, business, real estate and land use matters
• Regularly represents and counsels savings and loan associations and banks in all facets of state and federal laws related to residential and commercial lending and other matters
• Represents corporate and individual clients in purchases and sales of commercial and residential real estate
• Represents national and local real estate developers in all areas of real estate law ranging from contract negotiations, permits and approvals, settlement services, financing and providing ongoing guidance in the course of a transaction
• Represents and counsels corporate clients, both large and small, in the various areas in which they require legal assistance such as general corporate work, real estate, employment, sales and/or acquisitions
