WORK EXPERIENCE

• Regularly represents national, regional and local developers, retailers and investors in the acquisition and development of retail and office buildings, mixed use developments and residential subdivisions
• Represents national, regional and local landlords and tenants in the negotiation and preparation of commercial real estate leases
• Represents lenders and borrowers in real estate-based lending including acquisition, construction and permanent financings
• Extensive experience in real estate transactions involving the telecommunications industry including
  • Commercial leases
  • Sale-leaseback transactions
  • Build-to-suit agreements
  • Co-location agreements
  • Tower relocations
• Represents several small businesses including retailers, professionals, manufacturers and manufacturers' representatives
• Experience in entity formation, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and management, consulting, confidentiality and other agreements
