Mr. Hoofnagle is the President and Managing Director of the Firm.  His background and experience is broad-based and gives him a well-rounded perspective in helping to resolve client's problems.  He is the senior attorney in the Litigation Practice Group.

• Counsels and represents owners, developers, contractors, engineers and others in construction disputes on both public and private projects
• Regularly representing clients in both mediations and arbitrations
• Frequently serves as arbitrator (sole arbitrator, panel member and/or panel chair) in large and complex commercial and construction matters
• Extensive experience in general commercial litigation
• Eminent domain cases involving projects such as portions of the Route 288 project
