Cary Ralston is a Director of the Firm and member of the Firm’s Business Law and Real Estate Practice Groups. He offers broad experience in providing counseling and services to clients in a wide variety of matters.

  • Represents corporate and individual clients in purchases and sales of commercial and residential real estate
  • Represents national and local real estate developers in all areas of real estate law ranging from contract negotiations, permits and approvals, settlement services, financing and providing ongoing guidance in the course of a transaction
  • Represents and counsels corporate clients, both large and small, in the various areas in which they require legal assistance such as general corporate work, real estate, employment, sales and/or acquisitions
