Bill Hoofnagle is the President and Managing Director of the Firm. His background and experience is broad-based and gives him a well-rounded perspective in helping to resolve clients' problems. He is the senior attorney in the Construction Law and Litigation Practice Groups.

• Extensive experience in general commercial litigation
• Eminent domain cases involving projects such as portions of the Route 288 project
