PARKING:

Parking for our clients is available in the James Center Parking Garage on the northeast corner of 10th Street and Canal Street. After you have parked your car, take the elevator to the 2nd floor and walk across the pedestrian bridge to One James Center. Our offices are located on the 19th floor of One James Center. The receptionist will validate your parking ticket before you leave the office.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE JAMES CENTER PARKING GARAGE:

From the North on I-95 ($.20 toll)
On I-95, head south to Exit 74A (Downtown Expressway). Bear to the right and take the first exit onto Canal Street. Get in the right lane and turn right at the first light onto 10th Street. The entrance to the James Center Parking Garage will be immediately on your right.
(NOTE: The Downtown Expressway is a toll road. The toll is $.20 and exact change is often required.)

From the South on I-95 ($.20 toll)
On I-95, head north to Exit 74A (Downtown Expressway). Bear to the right and take the first exit onto Canal Street. Get in the right lane and turn right at the first light onto 10th Street. The James Center Parking Garage will be immediately on your right.
(NOTE: The Downtown Expressway is a toll road. The toll is $.20 and exact change is often required.)

From the East on I-64 ($.20 toll)
On I-64, head west to exit 190 (I-95 South). Once on I-95 south, follow directions located above under From the North on I-95 ($.20 toll).

From the West on I-64 ($.50 toll)
On I-64, head east to Exit 186 (I-195 south). Bear to the right at the overhead sign indicating “Downtown” to get on the Downtown Expressway (1-195 West). After going through the Downtown Expressway toll booth, take the 7th & 9th Street exit. Turn left at the second light onto 10th Street. Go through the next light (Canal Street) and the James Center parking garage will be immediately on your right.
(NOTE: The Downtown Expressway is a toll road. The toll is $.50.)
