  • Restructuring a 25 million dollar loan portfolio for a private developer
  • Serving as borrower’s Virginia counsel in the acquisition of an 18 million dollar shopping center in Chesterfield County, Virginia
  • Representing an owner in the construction of a new medical office building at a large hospital in the Richmond metropolitan area
  • Representing an owner in the development of a major shopping center in Chesterfield County, Virginia, including the syndication of investment limited liability companies and the negotiation of loans, leases, out parcel sales, and protective covenants
  • Serving as Virginia counsel for a national discount retailer in connection with contract negotiations, land use development and site acquisition
