NARRATIVE BIO

Kim Ramsey is the Firm’s President. She has practiced law with the Firm since her graduation from law school in 1989.

She has been frequently listed in the “Legal Elite” articles appearing annually in Virginia Business magazine since 2001 as one of the Legal Elite in Virginia in the practice area of family practice/domestic relations. She has also been listed in articles appearing annually since 2010 in the Virginia Super Lawyers magazine, “The Top Attorneys in Virginia,” as a Top Attorney in Virginia in the practice area of family law.

Ms. Ramsey concentrates her practice in domestic relations and civil litigation. She is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. She advises clients in the preparation and negotiation of prenuptial agreements as well as property settlement agreements. She has tried numerous support, custody and visitation cases in both Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and Circuit Court as well as equitable distribution cases in Circuit Court. She also has general civil litigation experience in both General District and Circuit Court.
