The firm assists clients, including estate personal representatives, trustees and persons with interests in estates and trusts, involved in disputes regarding the construction or interpretation of various provisions in Wills and Trust Agreements and estate and trust administration.
This representation often includes the filing of a suit for Aid and Direction on behalf of an estate personal representative (executor) or representation of an interested party in such a suit; or more complex litigation such as a suit challenging the misconduct or malfeasance of a fiduciary or defending a fiduciary who has been accused of misconduct or malfeasance.
