Bill Hoofnagle is Senior Counsel with the firm. He joined FGB in 1974 and served as its Managing Director from 1991 through 2015 and its President from 1999 through 2015. His background and experience are broad-based, giving him particularly a well-rounded perspective in helping to resolve clients’ issues. He is the senior member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

Work Experience

Regularly serves as arbitrator in large and complex commercial and construction matters
Representation of clients in both arbitrations and mediations
Representation of owners, developers, contractors, engineers and others in a wide range of construction disputes on both public and private projects
Extensive experience in general commercial litigation
Eminent domain cases involving projects such as portions of Route 288
