Bill Hoofnagle is a Partner. He joined FGB in 1974 and served as its Managing Director from 1991 through 2015 and its President from 1999 through 2015. His background and experience are broad-based, giving him particularly a well-rounded perspective in helping to resolve clients’ issues. He is the senior member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

Work Experience

  • Regularly serves as arbitrator in large and complex commercial and construction matters
  • Representation of clients in both arbitrations and mediations
  • Representation of owners, developers, contractors, engineers and others in a wide range of construction disputes on both public and private projects
  • Extensive experience in general commercial litigation
  • Eminent domain cases involving projects such as portions of Route 288
